This works really well and you can make it dig really hard to really work at any knots and it doesn’t affect how it rotates as you do this as it seems to have plenty of power to keep moving. The heat is really good too. Tried it out properly for the first time when it was delivered and the following day I could really feel where it had worked hard at removing the niggling aches all over my back and neck.
I asked for its day , it took a little while, but it was worth the wait. I 've been testing it and the truth is that it's all right, the only flaw I find is that the heat doesn't show, you just know it's "heat" when the red light but for the rest, everything's great so far.

go to the gym a lot so have sore and tight shoulders/back from heavy lifts. This is nice to use for 20/30 minutes or so after a dead lift or intense week of gym sessions. Build quality is good and the heat element works well.
