I bought this mobility scooter for my wife as she can only walk a few hundred yards without suffering severe back pain.
At first she was reluctant to use it, then wary of controlling the scooter; now her confidence is growing, allowing her to travel further.
First impressions are of a well-made, easy-to-use machine. The driver who delivered the scooter was very helpful, explaining and showing my wife how to use the machine. Then watching my wife take her first tentative drive around the garden.
If this is Green Power's customer service, I am more than happy.
Great mobility scooter for the price very well made customer service was very quick to respond to a question.it will go over grass as well as rough path's albeit a bit bumpy on the later normal path's very smooth,would I recommend this product to anyone thinking about buying a cheap but very well made scooter the answer is definitely YES

Love the product just need a ramp putting in didn�t realise it may be too heavy for just me. Need a bit of practice but I�m sure I�ll get there
Im really pleased orderd 2 of these mobility scooters thy came today havnt used them yet only in the house all looks ok with them. Very nice gentlemen delivered them showed me how thy worked and helped me into the passage way with them. Also very nice customer sales lady helped me with questions i had and reviews thankyou pleased theres a usb to give my phone a little blast if i runout of charge while im out thats great i wuld definitely recommend these to anyone who is going to purchase one very good price aswell thankyou Green power
