Processing Times & Delivery Times

Processing time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping time: 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
Daily cut-off time: 06:00 PM

Orders placed before 06pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 06pm will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping

Orders are shipped worldwide . Normal transit times for international country:7 to 20 business days.

Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. We will do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible, Once your order is dispatched.

We work with other vendors from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often predictable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

IMPORTANT: We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or any transportation strikes or delays that incurred.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email,containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. If you are unsure of your Tracking ID, please contact us. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Please contact us immediately at contact@moskbite.com, if you have misspelled your address incorrectly, reply to your order confirmation email and give us a correct information. Notice! We can correct this within 24 hours of your order.
